Terms and Conditions between BnD Promotions & Entertainers

PLEASE READ AND SIGN BELOW. This is a binding contract and all parties are to be aware of their Rights and Responsibilities.

1. For all corporate contracts you are required to provide a copy of your RSA in accordance with the Liquor Act 1992. Failure to supply a copy can result in you being asked to leave without pay.
2. You are contracted out as an Entertainer for BnD Promotions, either as a Skimpy, Topless, GString or Nude Waitress. You may also be contracted out as a XXX Showgirl if you are willing to provide this service.
3. While working you are required to maintain a level of professionalism. Please remember that ALL patrons require your attention.
4. Please be aware that you are representing our company within the Adult Entertainment Industry and as such BnD Promotions expects a high level of self control and professionalism.
5. Please note that on private contracts you are to be paid in full prior to commencing work and on a corporate contract you will be paid at the end of the shift. Any discrepancies should be bought to the attention of whomever is in charge immediately. Please count money infront of client to alleviate any discrepancies.
6. Should any contractor of BnD Promotions be found to be stealing from a Venue or from a private contract, you will immediately be asked to leave the venue and will be paid up to the time of dismissal, should it be a private contract you will be required to return monies not entitled too. The Venue may also require reimbursement of any stolen monies or property and will as such be the responsibility of the contractor not BnD Promotions.
7. Please be aware that by providing BnD Promotions with photographs, you are allowing BnD Promotions to use those photographs on social media and on their website. Please feel free to update photos as you wish. All photos are to look like the subject, so if you change your hair colour or style please update your photos immediately.
8. Please advise BnD Promotions of the rates you would like to receive and the services you offer and BnD Promotions will endeavor to obtain those rates for you.
9. Should at any stage you have to collect BnD Promotions commission for the booking, you will have 48hrs to deposit it into our account.
10. Under no circumstance should any photos be taken without your consent.
11. Under no circumstances are drugs to be taken before or during a booking. Should BnD Promotions become aware that drugs have been abused, you will no longer receive any further work from BnD Promotions.
12. BnD Promotions allows the consumption of alcohol whilst you are working but only in moderation, please do not drink to excess, remember at all times you are representing BnD Promotions and as such we expect a certain decorum to be upheld.
13. All shows and Waitering/Waitressing Shifts must be completed in full for the required amount of time that has been paid for. If u are unaware of what is included in a Show or what is required during a Waitering/Waitressing Shift – you must contact BnD Promotions for an explanation. If you have confirmed a specific costume and been booked for that attire – you are required wear that costume.
14. 14. Any extreme changes to your physical appearance need to be updated with BnD Promotions as you may be refused at the booking if you do not look like the photos you have provided. This includes Hair Colour, Style, Extreme weight gain or loss and any Cosmetic Surgery you have had.
15. All jobs are to be confirmed by 11am on the day or a replacement will be found. Contact numbers are also given to you on the morning of the job. Under no circumstances are you to contact the Customer to change the booking, or to replace yourself without notifying BnD Promotions first.
16. Locations of Houseboats, Campsites or Private Jobs will be provided on the morning of the job along with the Customers Contact number.
17. BnD Promotions Business Cards are to be handed out at bookings. If you are found to be handing out your own contact details to customers of BnD, you will be terminated.
18. There are to be no sexual services provided at jobs, no ‘extras’, no relieving of customers, no escorting, no engaging in any sexual activity with customers at all. BnD Promotions is not licensed for this and if we discover that you are doing this, you will be immediately terminated.
